User Workstation Requirements for the ETP

To operate on the ETP, the User’s employee must have an automated workstation, which consists of a single workstation computer or laptop with the following minimum recommended configuration:

  1. Processor: 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) with a clock speed of at least 1.5 GHz or higher;

  2. RAM: at least 1 GB for 32-bit processors or 2 GB for 64-bit processors;

  3. Free hard disk space: 200 MB or more;

  4. Monitor resolution: 1280x800 pixels or higher;

  5. Required installed software:

    • Microsoft Windows 7 Starter or later;

    • CryptoPro CSP version 4.0 or higher for working with a local digital signature;

    • CryptoPro Digital Signature Browser plug-in;

    • Web browser;

    • Document creation tools (MS Office, WordPad);

    • File compression utilities (RAR, ZIP, WINZIP);

    • PDF reader software (Adobe Acrobat or equivalent);

For proper operation of the ETP, all non-standard browser add-ons (such as Skype, ICQ, etc.) must be disabled, as their use may alter the structure of the generated electronic documents.

Any standard browser—Opera, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or others—can be used to view pages while working with the ETP.
