Auction Results

Depending on the procedure conducted, the organizer selects the winner based on price and non-price criteria, provided all other participant requirements are met.

If no bids were submitted or only one participant was admitted to the procedure, the organizer may decide to conclude the auction without a winner.

Once the auction results are published, the procedure status is updated to "Completed."

The organizer may also decide to cancel the auction. In that case, the lot status will change to "Canceled."
