Participation in Trading Procedures and Certifications
Procedure for Participating in Trading Procedures
To participate in a certification or trading procedure, you must create an application for the selected procedure and submit it to the organizer for review.
The entire participation process in trading can be divided into the following stages:
-
Searching for a procedure (or certification) to participate in.
-
Creating and submitting an application to participate in a certification or trading procedure
(Request for Prices, Request for Proposals, Auction, Commercial Offer):-
Creating and editing a draft application;
-
Submitting the completed application;
-
Withdrawing the application (available only during the application acceptance period):
-
To make changes to the application;
-
To withdraw from participating in the selected procedure.
-
-
Responding to requests from the organizer for additional information regarding the submitted application;
-
-
Finalizing results:
-
Participating in a bidding round;
-
Viewing trading results.
-
Procedures become publicly accessible immediately after publication by the organizer and enter the status “Notification Published.” At this stage, the procurement items and procedure dates can be reviewed.
Once the application acceptance period begins, submitting applications and related operations become available. If necessary, the organizer may request additional information regarding the application, and the participant will receive a notification in their personal account.
After the application acceptance period ends, the organizer proceeds to finalize the results. At this stage, the organizer may immediately select one or more winners of the procedure or invite participants to improve their proposals through a bidding round. Multiple additional stages may be announced. Participants have the option to improve their proposals at each stage of the procedure. When selecting winners, the best proposal from each participant will always be considered.
