Participation in Re-bidding

If a participant's organization receives an invitation to a re-bidding, it means that the auction organizer is offering an opportunity to improve the proposals based on the criteria specified in the previously submitted application for participation in the Request for Quotations or Request for Proposals. There are several types of re-bidding.

If the participant does not submit a new price offer during the re-bidding process, the winner selection will be based on their best proposal submitted during one of the previous stages, such as during the application submission phase.
